I’m here to help you move with kindness and purpose so you can build strength, mobility and confidence.
I teach a traditional style of Pilates that focuses on intentional, controlled and functional movements that can be adapted to each individual.
I haven a proven track record of working in partnership with my clients to build strength and mobility whilst learning about their body so they feel connected and confident to move with ease. That inner confidence and trust is what transforms how my clients live and feel in their body.
I understand that no two days are the same - physically and mentally. I’m not here for ‘the burn’ or ‘pushing through’. Yes you will work hard but in a way that feels intentional and purposeful so that each session enables a strong mind body connection that resets your nervous system, brings you into the present and leaves you feeling grounded and revitailised.
So whether face to face in my home studio or part of our online community, I provide a welcoming and supportive space for you to show up exactly as you are and move your body. If you want to turn up in your slobs or your matching set then you are always welcome. You will often find me with my slippers on, hair pulled back and no make up on but always with a big friendly smile.
