A Partnership Built on Understanding

Pilates is an exceptionally adaptable and low-impact form of movement that emphasises stability and control so it to be personalised to your current capabilities. That doesn’t mean you won’t be challenged - learning to move without momentum is where the hard work truly begins. I work in partnership with a range of 1:1 clients who have their own individual challenges but often share one thing in common: wanting to feel like themselves again.

Meeting You Where You Are

I don’t believe in "pushing through." I understand the frustration of feeling helpless within your own body. I know what it’s like to have a day full of energy followed by a day where movement feels impossible. That’s why my personalised and compassionate approach combined with in depth training (including qualifications in Pre/Post Natal and Long Term Medical Conditions) always meet you exactly where you are today. Equipment

To support your journey I will introduce you to a range of high-quality, small and large pilates equipment that enable adjustable resistance, targeted support and immediate feedback so your sessions can be tailored to your specific goals and needs, including:

  • Reformer

  • Stability Chair

  • Arc Barrel

  • Pilates Circle, Flex Band and Blocks

Together, in my private home studio, we will use these tools to build your mobility and strength at a pace that works for you.

1:1 Pilates Schedule

I work with people to find a time that suites us both within my session schedule. Some clients have the same slot every week and others tweak it on a weekly basis to fit around their life, working from home and children.

All 1:1 sessions are held in my private home studio in Great Dunmow, Essex, CM6 2AT.

  • How do you know if Pilates is for your? There is only one way - try it.

    This gives you the opportunity to see if you enjoy it and whether Pilates is your thing. It also gives me the opportunity to see how you move, discuss any injuries and understand your goals.

    Introductory Sessions are offered at a reduced price of £25. This gives you a 60 minute 1:1 pilates session including mat, reformer and stability.

    With absolutely no pressure to book a future session, it’s simply about experiencing a form of movement and finding out whether you love it like I do.

    Introductory sessions are limited to 1 session per client.

  • A personalised 30 minute reformer only 1:1 session for £25.

    Perfect if your time is limited or you are wanting a gradual return to movement building up to 60 minutes.

  • A personalised 60 minute 1:1 session for £45 across the mat, reformer and chair specific to your body and your goals.

    Perfect if you want a comprehensive full body session that allows time to explore challenging areas and an in-depth focus on your technique to maximise the benefits.
